02

ArcFoundry products may process operational information selected and entered by a customer. Business data entered into an ArcFoundry system remains the customer's data.

We do not claim ownership of business information that customers choose to store within our services.

ArcFoundry processes this information to provide, maintain, secure, and support the services requested by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the authority and any required permissions or consent to provide information about their own customers, employees, contractors, or other individuals.

07

SMS messaging

Certain ArcFoundry systems allow participating businesses to send operational text messages to their customers. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service-status notifications, pickup notices, and support communications.

SMS consent must be provided voluntarily through the applicable business's disclosed opt-in process. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.

After a valid opt-out request, no additional messages will be sent unless the recipient later provides new consent, except for a final confirmation that the opt-out request was processed.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Telecommunications providers and messaging service providers may process phone numbers and message data as necessary to deliver communications.
